Can I use CPT 15777+ to capture the use of the MaxForce graft jacket to augment an arthroscopic RCR repair or would this be bundled into the repair?

My understanding is that this code is to be used with the codes from the Integumentary section of the CPT manual. Also, the code descriptor was changed from (e.g., breast, trunk) to (i.e., breast, trunk) which seems to support the limitation to the Integumentary section.

Also, take a look at a look at AHA Coding Clinic under First Quarter 2006 Rotator Cuff Repair and Allograft Jacket. It indicates that the application of the graft jacket is included in the procedure code assignment for the repair. There may be udated information since 2006, but I haven't located it.
