Good morning,
My doctor performed lysis of adhesions in the subacromial space. The other procedures done can be reported with 29826. I am confused whether or not 29825 & 29826 can be billed because I think the lysis can be captured in the decompression. However, 29826 cannot be reported alone. Does anyone have a clue?
