Wiki 29825/29826 with mod 59

Can I use a modifier 59 if the doc uses an anterior portal to perform 29825 and a posterior portal to perform 29826? Since they are "different" body areas on the shoulder, I was thinking I could. As always, your help is greatly appreciated.

sounds like just different portals, not different areas. I would not advise.
