Hi everyone,
I am still learning the ins-outs of coding and I am a little stuck on this:
Is it possible to use 29820 & 29821 at the same time (I know one is partial and other complete) I don't see any indication on the OP report stating this either or but simply stating the following "There was also synovitis and chondromalacia in the glenohumeral joint and synovectomy and chodroplasty were performed with a Bovie and the shaver."
As for a procedure description this is what it states:
Right shoulder diagnostic arthroscopy,labral debdridement, synovectomy, chodroplasty, subacromial decompression, and the Mumford procedure.
I would appreciate any help on this!
