Wiki 29581 coding help

we have a provider whom is applying the compression wrapping and we are billing it out as 29581,rt and 29581,lt...medicare is denying as this does not support the number of services. do i need to change this to a 50 on one line item or is there a rule out there that we are missing

For Medicare we key one line. 29581-50 rather than the RT/LT.

Did you ever get an answer on whether or not you can bill the compression system and the E&M on the same day?
