Does anyone know of any special requirements for unna boots? For instance nurse is putting on unna boot her physician not in office and the only doctor available is a general surgeon, can she bill under the general surgeon ?

yes. I used to work at a General Surgery practice. We placed unna boots all the time. All we had were General Surgeons in the building.
