Wiki 27125 vs 27236 - I need clarification

I need clarification on 27125 and 27236. It's my understand that 27125 is usually for djd or arthritis. 27236 is for fractures, regardless if its a traumatic fracture or pathological fracture. Can anyone please clarify this for me?

I use 27236 for ANY type of femoral neck fracture and 27125 for DJD.
