Can 26055 and 26145 be billed together with a modifier?

Without seeing the op report, the only thing I can tell you is that there is a CCI edit between CPT 26145 (column 1) and CPT 26055 (column 2). A modifier can be used on 26055 if appropriate. I would have to see the op note in order to better understand exactly what was performed and why.
