Wiki 250.xx with 585.x and 583.81

Can you code 250.xx with both 585.x (CKD Stage X) and 583.81 (nephritis and nephropathy, not specified as acute or chronic, in disease classified elsewhere. I think you should only be able to use one or the other but I am not sure. Please advise
