Hi,
There is no separate code for hypoglycemia if document states Hypoglycemia in Diabetes. when you lead the code in ICD-9CM it shows 250.80 only.
 
If you see the 250.80 diagnosis code below mentioned ''Use additional code to identify manifestation as 707.8,707.9,707.10-707.19'' so if document support above diagnosis you can code otherwise code only 250.80
