Wiki 22842 bill twice!!! Help

hello

my Dr perfomed a cervical fusion w/instrumentation and them went to t7-tp did an small stab incision and inserted K-wires percutaneously. it is possible to bill 22842 twice with 59 mod due to a separate incision insertion??
