The description in CPT says this is a posterior non-segmental instrumentation across 1 interspace atlantoaxial transarticular screw fixation, sublaminar wiring @ C1. I have CPT Profesional Edition and the diagram shows an example at the thoracic level so I'm assumming this means it can be used at all levels.

Example my surgeon says;
T8-T10 posterior lateral transverse process fusion with bone morphogenic protein and nonstructural cancellus allograft, T8-T10 two levels/three segment pedicle screw instrumentation, Solera.

I've coded:
22610, 22614, 22840, 22842, 20931. Is this correct?

22840 can be used at any level for pedicle fixation across one interspace. But I would not use this in your example. 22842 is por the instrumentation across 3-6 vertebral segments, because your instrumentation is across 2 interspaces or more than two vertebral segments, you would use 22842 only.

Sorry, also I would not use 20931, 20931 is for structural allograft. From what you have written the dr is using BMP and nonstructural allograft, BMP is also considered nonstructural allograft so the correct code would be 20930.
