Hi all,
Can anyone suggest me the alternative code for 22551 for CA Workers Comp.

They denied the claim stating 22551 is not listed in their fee schedule.

Ca work comp uses a much older version of CPT I believe it is 1993 still. They may have change to a more recent but it was 1993 a few years ago. Once you a copy of the 1993 CPT (or what ever version they currently use) codes then you can find the code the you need.
