I've only seen older posts regarding this that say that Harvard Pilgrim wants -59 even though it is an add-on code; and Secure Horizons paid for PA assist on 3rd party review. I didn't even think of charging for the PA assist, but it isn't on 2015 MC list of procedures not payable for an assist.

This is new to me, so if anyone has other information that can help, it would be appreciated.
