Wiki 20610 No Longer Major Joint Injection Code for 2015?

My 2014 AMA CPT book defines 20610 as "Arthrocentesis, aspiration and/or injection; major joint or bursa (eg, shoulder, hip, knee joint, subacromial bursa).

HOWEVER, my 2015 Optum CPT book defines 20610 as "Athrocentesis, aspiration and/or injection without ultrasound guidance."

Am I just missing something or have they removed the major joint or bursa CPT code for 2015?

Our office does several hip and knee joint injections and we're used to using 20610 but now I'm afraid. What code should we use for this in 2015?

Your Optum book has the incorrect description then because 20610 is the same as it was except it does not include the ultrasound guidance due to the new codes that do include the ultrasound guidance. But they both do say major joint or bursa.
