Wiki 20550 & 20600

Can someone tell me if 20550 and 20600 would be bundled when 20550 is an injection into the plantar fascia and the 20600 is in the "inferior calcaneal tuberosity region" for bursitis, both in the same foot?
Is this considered "different anatomical sites?"
