Please, please help!
Patient is intubated for acute respiratory failure for 2/20/21 visit.
Patient is unable to answer any questions from ENT MD.
How many points under ROS will this be?
If 0, then this would be problem-focused history only?

The Provider gets the 10 + ROS if this is the case , all he had to do is document that the patient is intubated . It's understandable that the patient is not able to answer nor even know that the provider is by his/her side. A good and informative documentation is the key to make this a Comprehensive .
