Do you have enough Medicare patient's to make this worth your while? Remember the new guidelines are from CMS, not AMA/CPT. So the new documentation requirements will only apply to Medicare patients. The AMA/CPT and private insurance companies will probably follow, but they are not there yet.

I'm under the impression private insurance companies, will be following new guidelines. \
It does not just apply to Medicare patients
