Wiki 2020 ICD 10 question

Hi! Does anyone know why it is that almost every time the word "unspecified" appears in a code description that it is highlighted in gray? Will these "unspecified" codes soon be deleted or is this highlight a printing error.

Actually the ICD 10 code is highlighted when for the most part "unspecified" is in the description. This is AMA's 2020 ICD 10 book. Thank you!
