One of my surgeons is asking how to go about getting additional reimbursement for the subsequent days of transcatheter therapy.

Am I interpreting CPT correctly and that no additional billing can be done for the new cath placed on a subsequent day or an angiogram. Only 37213/37214 would be billable?

Transcatheter therapy, arterial or venous infusion for thrombolysis other than coronary, any method, including radiological supervision and interpretation, continued treatment on subsequent day during course of thrombolytic therapy, including follow-up catheter contrast injection, position change, or exchange, when performed;

Thanks for any insight / experiences you want to share with me!
