Wiki 2013 - polyethylene revision in total shoulder

I am wondering how I should bill a revision of a polyethylene liner in a total shoulder? Do I bill the 23473 with a 52? The doctor didnt do anything with the glenoid or humeral component, just removed the liner, wash out the joint, and placed a new liner? Any help would be great! Thanks!
