While I know the "offical" word would be in the manuals, where could I get information on some of the upcoming changes? Specifically, I am interested in the change of definition on new v. established patients with subspecialties. I am getting questions about this, and want to find the information to conduct my research?

While it didn't answer my question directly, the thread was good and I posted there as well. I am in your boat as well...I don't have my '12 manual yet.
