Wiki 2009 Ortho CPT Changes

I had read somewhere that there were going to be alot of changes in the Ortho section for 2009 and a new code for arthroscopic biceps TENOTOMY but do not see any such thing in the 2009 CPT book I just received. Maybe I dreamed it???
