Wiki 2 visits/same day/diff POS

OB patient comes to the office, had her routine visit (Medicaid, so there is a charge)... the MD decides she needs to go to the hospital for a NST and she is charged a visit there as well... MD's are from the same practice. Is it possible to get paid for both of these visits?
