I am having trouble with coding the following procedures: Laparoscopic excision of pelvic mass, Laparoscopic bilateral oophorectomy, lysis of adhesions - this was a co-surgeon. No exactly sure how to code - Thank you in advance for any help!

Look at modifier 62 in Appendix A of your CPT Book. Hope this helps.
