If a patient receives 2 injections subcutaneously how are the admins coded?

For instance, patients receives 1 Neulasta and 1 Aranesp.

Would it be one of the following? or something else?

96372 x 2

or

96372
96372 x 59

After watching an AAPC webinaar last year weput them in as 96372 - 59. If there were 3 injections:

96372
96372-59
96372-59
