Wiki 2 injections of 2 different medications

If a patient receives 2 injections subcutaneously how are the admins coded?

For instance, patients receives 1 Neulasta and 1 Aranesp.

Would it be one of the following? or something else?

96372 x 2

or

96372
96372 x 59

We bill 96372 and 96372-76 without any problems.
