Wiki 2 H&Ps by different speciality for SNF

patient discharged from hospital to SNF by PCP. SNF medical doctor does H&P on patient's medical conditions (DM, HTN CHF) physiatrist does H&P based on SNF admitting diagnoses-fractured hip etc. Are these both billable/payable?

CPT code 90471 was denied as Inclusive to code 99401 billed for same date of service on another claim.

Can we get reimbursement for both codes?
