Good morning: An MD saw a patient at bedside, performed a laryngoscopy (0 global days) and dictated a consult with this procedure.
MD went back to see patient post-procedure and dictated another separate consult.
How many consults of the 2 are billable with the laryngoscopy?

The word consultation means something specific, and just because the doc said, "I did a consult" doesn't mean they did it.
