Wiki 2 compartment fasciotomy with debridement of subq tissue only

Can someone help with billing this? surgeon performed 2 compartment fasciotomy with debridement but no muscle was debride only subQ tissue. CPT 27892 states debridement of muscle and/or nerve tissue. So then I thought 27600 with 11042 but the 11042 is bundled. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
