Hello I work for a FQHC, I have a pt that has Medicare with High Dessert Medical Group (Windstone is the carve out for mental health) which has auth for individual counseling, and Health Net High Dessert Medical Group with MediCal ( Managed Health Network is carve out for mental health) with auth for marriage counseling. My question: How do I bill this? I do not think you can pick and choose when you want to use your secondary. I am totally confused. Please help
