Does Medicare IN allow either of these procedures to be preformed on both feet on the same day? I have gotten denied for RT or LT stating too many done in one day thanks so much

I believe you would combine all lesions removed for both feet and code using a single CPT.

Thanks… this is something I tried …..Prior to reading this response and it has worked as long as I used a Q modifier and the Dx code supports medical necessity
