The below report was coded 55100 but I'm thinking 11004 is more appropriate. Any urology input would be great....

Patient was prepped and draped in usual sterile fashion. An elliptical incision was made with a scalpel in the right hemiscrotum to remove the necrotic patch on the scrotum. We then debrided tissue until we got healthy tissue that blood. We inserted a finger and broke up any loculations that were present. We then made a counter incision in the right inguinal region. We debrided any tissue that was found along this tract. We then placed a Penrose drain along this tract and packed the entire wound with wet Kerlix. At this point General surgery entered the room and began debridement of the perineal wound

Thanks
