Wiki 10060 numerous days

I have a question on 10060. my provider has used 10060 on numerous days from 7-24-12 to 8-6-12 a total of 6 times for. How do I get all these to pay?? Medicare is denying them all except the first one. Which modifer would i use. I am so new at this. thank you Annette

10060 has a 10 day global so you would need to use a modifier. Look at 58, 78 and possibly 79.
