Wiki 01996 modifier Molina Ohio

We are getting denials asking for a modifier. Molina will not tell us whet they want. Does anyone know if they require AA even that it is not appropriate for this code?

I add the AA modifier to the 01996 as Molina sees this as an anesthesia code and they want the anesthesia modifier.
