Wiki 01953 addon code modifier request per UHC Optum

UHC MCR Optum is denying 01953 for lack of modifier but this is an addon code and modifier is not required what are you adding to get this paid?

Our Medicare and Medicare Advantage claims are denying for the same issue. These should not require a modifier, I agree. Did you ever find an answer/solution?
