Wiki Billing TPN on OBV patient

Hi, We had a patient that was observation that received TPN. We have tried to bill it with the "dummy" NDC under revenue 250 and it keeps getting rejected. What other options do we have?

Where does TPN fall on the Risk Table? The physicians I work for write orders for TPN and I am not sure if it falls under moderate or high. Thanks!!!

Wiki Billing Help for TPN-Total Parenteral Nutrition, IV Nutrition given in home setting

We are billing United Healthcare River Valley, Commercial Plan, for TPN. We are unsure if we should be billing the codes for kits or the code for per diem. Kit codes are: B4224, B4220. Per Diem code: S9367. Thank you in advance for help on this!
