Wiki private provider billing for surgery at hospital
i work at a private practice providers office (pos 11). one of our doctors now has surgery privileges at a hospital and just did her first outpatient surgery there. we should use pos 22 "outpatient hospital - on campus" my questions - do i need modifiers for this? im thinking 26 - icd-10-pcs...- youngva462@gmail.com
