Wiki Billing 2nd opinion on reading a capsule

Has anyone ever billed for a second opinion reading on Capsules. I have a Phys who performs DBEs and prior to accepting/scheduling the pts she will review and re-read the pts video capsules . She wants to bill for this... I know Radiology can bill for 2nd opinion on re-reading xrays. Has anyone...

Wiki 2nd Opinion on Mammogram

We have a patient who gets her yearly mammogram, but always wants a second opinion on the reading. The first reading is done by a radiologist and then she wants the second reading to also be done by a different radiologist. Can we bill for this and what code would we use? CPT 76140 is for...
