Wiki EMG codes 95910 and 95886

My provider is trying to bill the codes 95910 and 95886 together for an EMG to Medicare. It is coming back that there is an error with the coding. Does anyone know how to code these correctly?

Wiki Office Visit and VNS

I am looking to see if it is possible to get paid for both an office visit, ex.(99215); and a VNS check (95977) on the same DOS? How would we submit this claim? Right now, we are only getting paid for the VNS check and not the office visit.

I'm just curious how many people have had issues with providers and TON(third occipital nerve) blocks/ablations. I've found lots of documentation to support using 64490/64633 for the blocks and ablations that take place between the c2-c3 spine. My providers want to use the peripheral codes...
