Wiki Diagnostic Medial Branch Block - how long good for?

I have a patient who had diagnostic medial branch blocks in June of 2018, with 80-85% improvement, followed up by the RFA a few months later. It has been 18 months since they had their last injection. Do they need to repeat the diagnostic blocks again or can we repeat the therapeutic RFA...
