Wiki DMEK/DSEK

One of my doctors performed a DMEK on a patient and now 4 days later is doing a DSEK on the same eye. he says it is due to faulty donor tissue and not surgeon or patient error. would i bill the DSEK normally? or is there a different code i should use?

Good morning, What ICD10 are you using for CPT 70030 to rule out metal in the eyes prior to MRI? I was looking at Z13.5.

Wiki 95 Guidelines - Head/Face

Can anyone give guidance on what the Head/Face Body area consists of during the exam? I am asking simply to make sure if this does or does not include the Eyes, Ears, Nose and Throat. Some could say those are part of the Head/Face. Thanks in advance.
