Wiki Colpo vs. ECC
If a patient did a colpo (CPT code 57454) and had insufficient cells and comes back for an ECC only (CPT code 57500), is the ECC billable? In our practice we do not bill CPT code 57454 for insufficient cells after an initial colpo was performed.- SKE2027
