Wiki Radiology: O-arm images coding

Radiology practice is asked to read images (post procedure) which were obtained during operative session using O-arm navigation. (O-arm uses fluoro + CT rendering.) Radiology provider dictates separate report. Seeking input on coding and guidelines.

Wiki Hydration prior to CT scan??????

I am wondering if I can code/charge (CPT) for IV hydration prior to a CT scan (with or without contrast) and, if so, whether this is allowed only with specific diagnoses? We are having a hard time finding an exact rule in this regard. I should specify that I am asking with regard to FACILITY...
