Wiki 3M Encoder-- Final Dx Question

We use the 3M encoder that is built into our EMR (Cerner) to code for visits. This is a new work flow for us Clinic Coders. We can enter in up to 3 dx into the Reason for visit and then there is no maximum for final dx. I was wondering if someone could explain what they are putting in for Reason...
