Wiki Can 31622 and 31825 be billed together?

I received a rejection for code 31622 stating code was used more than what is normally expected per claim. I didn't see any NCCI edits for codes 31622 and 31825 but does anyone know if I can bill those two together? Code 31622 does say separate procedure, but code 31825 doesn't mention anything...

Wiki Unbundling 64420 to 31622, 32480, 32097, 38500

I am billing for a Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeon, whom has performed a intercostal nerve block 64420 with a bronchoscopy 31622 (among other procedures); is this code not reimbursable when billed together with the 31622 or is it appropriate to bill w/ a modifier?
