A radical vulvectomy represents a surgical procedure to remove all or part of the vulva for malignant disease of various stages. This surgery includes removal of inguinofemoral, iliac, and pelvic lymph nodes. The provider may also remove the clitoris depending on the extent of the disease. Since it is radical surgery, tissue adjacent to the malignancy will be removed as well.
