A radical vulvectomy represents a surgical procedure to remove all or part of the vulva for malignant disease of various stages. The surgery includes bilateral removal of inguinofemoral lymph nodes. The provider may remove the clitoris depending on the extent of the disease. Since it is radical surgery, tissue adjacent to the malignancy will be removed as well.
