Answer: Your deadline is Feb. 26, 2016. All practices using claims-based reporting for 2015 PQRS will need is the last day that 2015 claims will be processed to be counted for 2015 PQRS reporting to determine the 2017 payment adjustment to have all 2015 dates of service submitted by then.
