Hospice Assessment Tool Gets Closer To Implementation

If you’ve applied to “alpha test” Medi- care’s new Hospice Outcomes & Patient Evaluation assessment tool, you should find out by March whether you’re accepted. “We will notify each applicant on or about 3/5/2020 whether they have or have not been selected to participate in the HOPE alpha test,” HOPE contractor Abt Associates says in a message to providers. Hospices have until Feb. 21 to apply.
